1. The service

YoursSite.in lets you create and manage a business website (storefront) on a YoursSite.in subdomain or your own custom domain. You manage your site, products, orders and enquiries from your dashboard.

2. Your account & your website

• One account = one website. Account details (name, email, mobile) must be accurate.
• You are responsible for everything published on your website and for keeping your login safe.
• New websites go live only after approval by our team. We may decline sites that break these terms.

3. Plans & payments

• Paid plans are billed per the price shown on our pricing page, in INR. All-inclusive pricing — no hidden charges.
• Free trial (where offered) runs for the stated days; paid billing starts after the trial unless you downgrade.
• Plan limits (pages, products, storage) apply as shown per plan. We may enforce limits technically.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal goods or services, fraud, spam, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.
• No attempt to disrupt the platform, access other users' data, or abuse enquiries/orders systems.
• Custom domains must be owned or authorised by you.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove websites or accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice for serious abuse. You may stop using the service anytime; paid fees already charged are handled per our Refunds policy.

6. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of business, data, or profits.
